"Dear Trudy Small, I am pretty confident that you have reviewed the wrong garage! Although the names are similar, BRUNSWICK GARAGE, would never leave a problem on your car as described. The pictures of the frontage IS NOT Brunswick Garage, a company that I have used for 20+ years, without issue. BRUNSWICK MOTOR WORKS however is nothing to do with Keith and Brian, although they are next door to each other. I suspect that you have sullied these innocent men in error, if this is the case, would you please post a correction? Ps. I know that Brunswick Garage have attempted to get Google to correct the page, to no avail."

"AVOID IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. I went and paid for a service I never received then was told I will have to pay more in labour for them to further inspect. The staff that are employed are not mechanically trained and the big boss is never there unless its a Saturday. DO NOT !!! I REPEAT DO NOT, USE THEIR SERVICES UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THEIR REPAIRS. It was a simple water pump fix that they were unable to pin point it seems. And they messed up my gasket and didn't seal it in correctly. It's sad because they said it was my thermostat housing that was packed up and replaced the whole thing. But the pictures say otherwise"
