"We used Carfriend for the first time after friends recommended them for great customer service and high quality work. Booking in was easy and on the day I dropped the car off for a full service and brake fluid change. A short while later they called and told us that the brake fluid had had been tested and was as good as it gets and didn’t need changing. I found that really refreshing as they went out of their way to save us money by not doing unnecessary work that I had asked them to do due to a service light on the dash. When the car was complete we went to collect it and Vicki went through a detailed vehicle report with us explaining all the things that had been checked and their status. Nothing else needed doing but they did advise if a nail in a tyre so we plan to take it back to have it sorted. In summary, very impressed by great customer service and really good prices."
