"I was devastated when my brand new Ford Focus St was badly damaged after a car owner left his handbrake off. My bonnet, wing alloys and passenger door was destroyed. Ben, Scott and the other staff were so helpful and reassuring and although I had to be patient for my vehicle to be returned, I was amazed to see my car looking like new when I collected it. The boss Andy, met me when I collected my car and we both went over every inch of my car to check it was perfect.
