"From start to finish, Prescott and Joule, as well as Creative Design and Build have been a joy to work with. We had recently moved into a new (to us) small terraced house, with a plethora of work that needed doing. This ranged from levelling floors throughout, building out walls, replacing the front door, new radiators, LVT parquet flooring, plus a whole new kitchen which included plumbing, gas and electrics. We knew when we set out to employ people to take on this task, that we wanted it completely project managed, and this is exactly what we got from Helen, Andy and their teams. From the first home visit, through to completion and after care, they made the whole thing much more stress free than it had any right to be.
