"High end store, very good merchandise."
"We recently visited to purchase several cushions. It's a beautiful shop and the staff are great, particularly the lady that helped us - very helpful and polite. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend"
"We went in search of imitation flowers and there's are incredibly realistic. We also bought some exquisitely pretty, well-crafted mugs. Something's are much cheaper than expected and others far more expensive, such as a rug for £5,000, that said it may have been hand woven, by virgins, using their own hair on the banks of some remote Amazon jungle, which would make it underpriced, I suppose. A huge stone table (powdered stone and resin) for indoor or outdoor use, at £3,000 seemed more than reasonable. Definitely a place for good quality interiors."
"OKA is a lovely place to browse and get inspiration for your interior design. A well curated selection of goods. I’m not a fan of being pounced on by the staff every time I go in, it’s a bit too intense. The first time was nice, how they explained it was on 3 floors I felt more confident to look around but the second time I felt pinned into one of the rooms by their presence. Covid wise, the place is large and feels very safe with sanitizer and plenty of fresh air and space to socially distance. I bought a black vase for £50 but it popped up on my instagram later that week for £28 from a company that is a concession in Liberty London. I felt quite disappointed that it wasn’t unique to OKA and was clearly quite cheap at cost price. Love the vase and I wouldn’t have found it without OKA so it’s not all bad but next time I’d look around. I think the smaller things are over priced which lets it down. For example, fake flowers are really good quality in OKA but you can also get very good quality at Country Baskets."
"The ladies are lovely in this shop and very helpful - sadly not matched by the delivery company - they sent one person to collect a large dining table - I had to help carry it - and climb into the van to assist... no apology or acknowledgement from the delivery firm. When the table was dismantled I then learnt it hadn't been put up properly in the first instance - not what you expect when spending with OKA - definitely not 'white glove treatment'."
