"Great atmosphere and service - staff are really friendly and don't seem overworked. Croissants are big but I wish the raspberry brownie had more raspberry!"
"Used to love this place but the coffee is now mediocre at best, they regularly knowingly serve stale pastries (it’s happened to me multiple times now) and they continue to serve all their food and drinks to sit inside with throw away plates and cups. So many other great and sustainable coffee places only a short walk away. Do better Cawa"
"Fantastic service, nice coffee but average pain au chocolat. It was my first time visiting this coffee shop and it’s been on my list for a long time. This coffee shop is located in the Broomhill area of Sheffield, near the Morrison’s supermarket. It opens from 8am-6pm usually. The cafe is pretty small overall and with COVID measures in place there was arguably less seating available which makes complete sense. The staff that served me was very friendly and seemed to love his job, I’m thinking he was the manager? He took care of my order and sat me and friends down at a table. I ordered the pain au chocolat and the salted caramel brownie with an iced mocha. They offer student discount, my total came to £8.90. The brownie was tasty and soft, the pain au chocolat wasn’t as tasty and was more on the tougher side to munch on and the iced mocha tasted great. Overall, fantastic service and good coffee but the pain au chocolat just didn’t taste good on the day I visited unfortunately! However, I’d still recommend this café for a nice coffee and chill."
"Lots of flavour and character squeezed into a peaceful and welcoming space. This coffee shop is very down to earth, selling a delicious blend of coffee and food made fresh. The even bake all the bread and pastries on site. The staff are very friendly and chatty, and more than happy to answer any questions you may have. On Thursdays at 7pm, the host a regular jazz night with live musicians."
