I had my wardrobes fitted over 3 years ago, via a recommendation and the service was fantastic, from design, answering my many questions to superb service when fitting. The wardrobes have endured the test of time. Recently I had an accident with one of the doors and knocked it off the runner (my fault). I rang Crown who said they would send someone round, who arrived 2 days later, efficiently they got it working. Then promptly did a check on all the other doors. Expecting a call out charge I was told it was part of the 10 year guarantee - amazing Customer Service - thank you!
