They are ignoring my emails and 4 weeks down the line still no refund. I am about to start legal proceedings as what they have done is purely theft. "SCAM! Took my money then day before delivery cancelled my order and not refunded! They have now closed all social media accounts for this company and reset themselves up another one. Seems like a standard move for them to trade under several differnt names. They are now trading under a different name and ive spammed their social to warn others and ive been blocked of course. BEWARE!!!! Hope they get caught and prosecuted for fraud."
"Same as other people have mentioned. Waited for dinning table over 2 months and finally cancelled. They are indeed scammers. Delays with transport people going on, shipment delayed and then shipment got stuck in custom clearance in EU port. What else. They are nightmare and now need to wait for my credit card company to arrange refund. They should be buried. Wish, I could beat them."
"Absolute scam, This company needs shut down and be prosecuted legally. Please don't spend a penny or time on them. I ordered on the 28th December. They changed the delivery date three times already and keep lying in the email with new dates. In fact, they sent the same excuses in emails every-time they delayed. They'll take your money and use it for one month and do nothing. After that they'll do the same with different set of people. As soon as I asked for delivery tracker they cancelled my order without apologising and no remorse. We all should be filing for legal action against company like this and make sure they don't exist. Very likely, they will change their business name, website and do it from a different name or business entity."
