"Ordered two tyres and inner tubes for my son's bike. Went to collect with the possibility of having them fit them. From the moment I walked the door a Tom F straight in asking can he help. He sent me off upstairs, went to get my click and collect and brought it up. I was then dealt with by Luis who did the fitting. I went off to two shops whilst they carried on. Phone call as slight issue with a nut. Explained what needed doing. Said carry on. By the time I got back to collect was almost ready. I have to say as it easy to complain in the current climate, but I was extremely impressed from start to finish. Harvey took the payment at the end. The three of them do Halfords proud. They deserve recognition for being excellent. I like fantastic customer service, and they provided loads of it."
"Excellent service from start to finish. My bike was ready to collect earlier than my time slot and was notified I could collect earlier by phone. In store I was given all the help I needed to purchase the accessories I wanted and they were fitted to my bike there and then. Also was helped getting the bike loaded into my car. Kidderminster Halfords has an excellent choice of bikes would highly recommend."
"Only took off 1 star because I didn't get notification that the order was ready for collection and had to phone a central number to check. In store, service was excellent. (Child's) Bike ready assembled, checks done again on the spot, all options regarding servicing and insurance etc well explained. Very pleased at option to buy a Christmas bag, large enough to wrap the bike in. Assistant also offered to carry the bike to the car for me. Service with a smile."
"Wanted to purchase a cycle helmet for my granddaughter and when I couldn't find what I required on the shelves I asked a young lady who was so helpful. The assistant found me a good selection from the stock room and advised me on the best one. Friendly, helpful and very polite.
