"Terrible service... I went on a monday (not a bank holiday) during the day and it wasnt even that busy but I was waiting ages for my shoes... only to be brought the wrong size!! The lady reassured me that they have my correct size so I then waited again for ages with no one coming. One of the members of staff (I believe he might have been a more senior staff member) came to check up on me as he saw how ridiculously long I was waiting. He went to check what was happening, only to tell me that they dont actually have my size but they have a bigger size if I want to try?! Absolute shambles, spent the best part of an hour waiting around in that store. Luckily there is another JD in the high street which served me quickly and actually had my size...will not be going back to the treaty centre store again for my shoes"
"Worst shopping experience in this store. Staff more interested in chatting to each other than working. It was a chore to them to get a shoe for me which took 20 minutes from asking to receiving. Many other stores have much quicker and higher standards than this store. They need to try much harder to even be a good store!"
"JD has two stores on the high street oh Hounslow. The one inside the treaty center is the biggest and has more choice. JD has been supplying the latest and greatest branded street-style and sports fashion goods with many of exclusive products. Nike, Adidas, Fila, HA and many more."
