I couldn't get the blades off myself so I told the bloke and even though it was raining bad he came out and with a few tools removed the blades. Top bloke and will be returning cos it's nice to get old fashioned personal service."
"I have just visited here for the first time and one of the staff (I think he is the boss) came out to help me with my windscreen wipers that I had replaced last month during my MOT. They were just smearing the rain across the screen and I assumed they were rubbish and I needed decent ones. With a smile he pointed out that they had covers on them!!!!!!
