"Always used Capital previously however today I have had terrible service and have been made out to be a liar. I wanted to return my steering wheel lock as it constantly sets my horn off as its too tight to my wheel. However they will not take it back as i have not got the box. I brought the lock from display from behind the counter and there was no box only two keys therefore I am behind made to look like a liar and cannot return the lock. Extremely disappointed as myself and my whole family have used Capital for years."
