"The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, really willing to help. Prices more than acceptable too. One point was that the same product is duplicated in different parts of the store, and I had to ask for assistance to find the size of product required (I had already found the product, but it was also elsewhere in the size I required). Perhaps just put each product (all available sizes) in one place to avoid customer confusion and wasted time enquiring? As already said, staff were excellent."
"Great experience - Mitch approached me whilst I was browsing cycles and talked me through the benefits of the ones I was browsing. He talked me through all of the accessories I would need and the cycle plan service coverage. When I came to collect the bike Oliver helped me with the pick up and ensured everything was correct and even adjusted my seat with a saw to make sure it was the right height. Both team members were excellent."
"The booking and arrival process extremely straight forward. I had an issue with my car and pinpoint the exact problem without any hassle (all other mechanics I have been said head gasket was the issue). They said I need to find a transmission specialist for the issue to be checked in detail and possible fix. They are honest and well established. If you have car which you look after definitely visit this place instead of any other place."
