"Awful experience. Scammed me out of £420 for a part they said they had and was ready to be shipped. Weeks of excuse after excuse for it not being sent. Denial of refund and expected me to pay an admin fee even after they provided neither a service or a product. Highly recommended that you avoid at all costs. Absolute crooks"
"Don’t bother with this place. Posted a request for a part on first choice then rang this place to confirm the part number and price as I was prepared to drive a 106 mile round trip to collect. Couldn’t tell me what colour it was nor if it was the part number I was after, then contradicted himself by saying it was silver “oh yes we have plenty in stock I will get my colleague to send you pictures” I’m still waiting. Obviously I didn’t waste any more time with this place and after reading the reviews I’m glad I didn’t"
"No wonder the reviews are terrible !! Paid for gearbox after insisting they guarantee it was correct one. Week later one for a different vehicle arrived - it looks like it`s been in the sea for a month. Despite daily phone calls over the next 7 days neither the correct one nor a refund was forthcoming."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID - Ordered a part totalling £96 via 24/7spares and says delivery is 3-4days almost 2 weeks later still nothing and when ring get told bloke is not there, I will be contacting police as it is theft/obtaining funds by deception and will also be referring to trading standards office if not sorted and delivered soon, updated - been waiting since 11th November still nothing and now being told should arrive by 24th November, will wait and see, I will update review if it arrives"
