"Very good food. Had to wait a bit but I prefer to wait for freshly cooked food. I had the gammon it was lovely and a really big meal. My husband had the lasagne said it was very good. Will definitely go again as I want the jacket potato my friend had wich was buried under a load of prawns."
"Called in for lunch after mooring up on the canal- Friendly service very clean and good value for money, food was delicious. Highly recommended"
"A lovely pub which serves great ales and other drinks besides lagers and ciders. They serve food have some nice seating inside and there is seating available outside too. The car park is opposite though for a country pub next to a canal there is no real canalsode seating unless you are willing to brave the sloping older benches. Be careful crossing the road its is busier and quicker than you may think. The staff here are great too. Pop in and have a drink when you are in the area"
