"0 stars Over charged £20 for my friends coat which wast even good quality (the zip broke about half an hour later) and when I asked for her money back he told me to leave the shop and never come back. He started shouting and swearing at me and refused to refund her the extra money they took from her. They was taking advantage of the fact she is 12 years old and has disabled NEVER SHOP HERE THEY ARE SO RUDE AND THEY OVERCHARGE FOR THEIR BAD QUALITY CLOTHING."
"Bought some items recently as a gift, good quality and the owner (i think it was the owner) was very helpful showing me sizing etc as it was a gift. I went in with a pram and was helped up and down the steps in there also. Will be going back soon as there was a few nice dresses that caught my eye!"
"If I could give it a 0 then I would. As soon as you enter the shop they make you feel uncomfortable especially if you are black. They look at you as if you cant afford to buy there products. The owner is rude and his daughter wears too much make up. I would advise people to stay away from this shop and shop online at either PLT, Missguided etc."
"Absolutely fuming. Never ever shop in Pussycat in Bromley. Please everyone help me get this shared around and shame them! Everyone that knows me will know im a calm and fair person who does not look for trouble. So I bought a top from the store which I then got home and realised it had a hole in. I had to travel all the way back to Bromley wasting my time, petrol and parking fee to be told it cannot be refunded but exchanged only. I challenged them to this as I know my rights on a faulty item/ consumer rights. They then told me that is my only choice. I told them the law regarding faulty items. They then went on to tell me to take the top back and take it further if I have an issue and a exchange is no longer an option. I refused to leave the shop so they then called the police on me after threatening to drag me out of the shop. At this point I had the shop owner and his daughter verbally abusing me. I argued my point with everything I had but yet I am left with a cheap quality top with a hole in that cost me £25. They could not even offer me a exchnage of the same item as there was no more on store. I am so fuming with the way I was treated. I also looked at there reviews and noticed that the reviews of the store are poor and that they use real animal fur on there products. I am absolutely disgusted and strongly advise no one to ever step foot in this store. I have reported the owner of this shop and his mouthy daughter to trading standards. I have also spread the word around about my awful experience. I hope my loss of £25 will turn into hundreds for them when they have no customers!!! ***I am not 100% but I am sure they had taken a picture of me from an Ipad also which I believe to be illegal... ***"
