"I have never experienced that before, and I am so disapointed by the customer service that I have to write my first review. So to sum up I had to order 3 times the same item online, to at the end not get it! First one have been voided somehow by my bank (Never happened to me in 6 years ???) So they told me to try with Paypal which I did, then the size that I ordered wasn't available anymore, then they told me that "oh sorry we can't send you your item at a different bill adress and delivery one. due to our security policy, what a joke. At least they refund instantly."
"Best customer service I've personally ever experienced. Staff seemed to care a lot about what I wanted and had good knowledge of the style I was looking for (I'm 20). They made great effort to find me the perfect pair of quality jeans, gave opinions etc and did an amazing job. You really don't come across customer service like this anymore in retail.
