"The bell is a lovely place to stay, I stayed here for business and found the rooms to be lovely, a really good size & very clean. I enjoyed the quirky route up the steep steps to the room. (Do be careful & mind your head!) The food was very good, I stayed for dinner and breakfast. The staff were lovely and accommodating, unfortunately there was an issue with the chef running late in the morning. But I was very well looked after and brought lots of tea and pastries. The customer service was brilliant."

"Four of us recently visited for Sunday lunch. The service was exceptional, very friendly and no uncomfortable waiting for anything. We all had the triple roast which was plenty in size and good quality. Desserts were excellent and a large range of drinks. A nice atmosphere and a really pleasant experience.
