"The chubby white women was rude when asked about a certain item, she was not at all friendly or nice, the clothes are also cheep quality clothes with Debenhams prices, not a nice shop at all."
"I bought my grandmother a jumper from here, as I approached the till the lovely girl pointed out that my coat was covered in hair from the jumper, she called the manager and pointed out that my coat was ruined... I was met with "what do you want then?" I said how about a voucher for my grandmother or sister? "you're not getting that!" she. said, you can have a strip of sellotape. There's customer service from select, Edgware."
"Most of the clothes I selected were defected, I think they are removed items from the factory. Please make sure you check thoroughly before buy. Prices were not that cheap compare to damaged clothes."
