"Overall the quality of the suit I ordered is ok, the price was much higher than I expected. Left irritated after my final visit, repeatebly told that the pricing was made clear when I ordered my items when it wasn't. Be careful they will refrain from actually telling you the prices of items until it's time to collect (Even when asked a number of times, throughout the order process) For reference accessories for my wedding suit: Pag: £125 Sal: £125 Shipping from India £35 Additions of stones for my suit £65 Honestly, I wouldn't have chosen them again. Ended up paying these costs because I just wanted it to be over... If this review stops even one person from using them, then I'll feel much better! Wish anybody dealing with them the best of luck!"
"their collection is just amazing . Got my wedding lehenga done and was totally satisfied . I got customisation done in the samplepiece and everything was taken care of in an excellent way . From colour to finishing they took care of every small little detail i mentioned . I just love their work and the service of the staff is truly amazing . I will recommend it to every bride. Thanks Thank you once again"
"Very rude and no customer service what so ever. Will not listen to what your request is and what you want. When speaking to them they respond with sarcastic comments. My shoes arrived with marks all over them but they still took my full payment. My trousers were really big, when asked to tailor the trousers which was in the price. Was just given loads of excuses. I would not recommend anyone to go her. Purely because they do not know how to speak to people."
"This will be an open, honest and firm but fair review. Getting married on 29/08/22 so went over to a few shops on 17/07 for my sherwani and most places we were looking at made to measure since I'm on the bigger side. We found a nice piece in Parampara and a staff member called Ricky really helped us put the outfit together into something nice. Surprisingly, the size 46 sherwani was also a perfect fit, just needed arms shortened slightly, so we paid for the outfit and we were told turn around for outfit plus shoes would be two weeks. Two weeks came and I called asking if everything is ready, I was told not yet. I called at three weeks and still no joy. I called again at 4 weeks and explained I'm heading down from the Midlands and need it ready, they said it'll be sorted come over. I arrived, they asked a staff member to grab the white sherwani and said it was all sorted. The sherwani still had long arms and was now very tight around my stomach when before it was perfect, it also had no shoes yet and the trousers weren't the colour we'd requested. Something wasn't quite right, but we trusted Ricky and so he said come back in a week (27/08) and it'll all be sorted, he'll alter it and shoes will be ready. So I came back. They said it's ready and asked a member of staff to grab the sherwani and it had silver embroidery instead of the original gold as well as not fitting still. Something was off again. Thankfully I had the pictures we took of the original and they tried to find the one I'd purchased, they eventually pulled a size 44 version of the same sherwani of the rack and told me it was just a handwritten mistake and that it's actually the one I originally bought (they then changed the label to say 46). This one was still too tight so I was told to go away for half an hour whilst they fixed it, I came back and yet again it was still too tight so I was told to go away for half an hour to fix it, this time with many adjustments it fit. Finally, the shoes we paid for had the wrong colour embroidery again, silver instead of the gold on the sherwani, so I was told to go away for an hour and come back, and they had painted the silver parts gold. And finally after 6 weeks I left with an outfit, when all the original sherwani needed was some sleeve adjustments. I regret not taking it with me and having the alterations done myself. Now, don't get me wrong. It's possible that maybe I gained a huge amount of weight except I was tracking my weight and it was the same. The sherwani we picked out was a perfect fit with a bit of extra room for comfort as well, so even if I had gained weight over the month it wouldn't be as tight as it was. My hypothesis of what really happened is that there was a mix up and they accidentally sold the sherwani I purchased to someone else so had to scramble to sort something out for me so they altered a size 44 sherwani into a size 46 last minute. They didn't admit that but instead suggested I'd gained weight. These things can happen but should be handled with humility and honesty, sometimes they might happen and nobody picks up on it but maybe that's a reflection of the stores order/record system. Anyway, I got my outfit in the end and they have some nice pieces here. Despite all the mix ups, they did their best to help me out and made sure I had something that fits well. Ricky in particular has a very pleasant and calm manner in his approach, he also has good impartial fashion advice for the accessories. I would like to think that maybe what happened with my outfit is a rare occurrence and accidental mix up as I saw many happy customers come through in my 3-4 hour day spent there. I'd have appreciated some honesty, it's clear from the level of organisation that mix ups are highly possible, I mean they even had a mix up with me and someone else's sherwani literally whilst I was in the shop! A simple humble apology can go a long way. Overall, I think I would shop here again but I think I'd give them much longer than their estimated time in case of any issues."
"It’s a shame I can’t give less than one star to be honest. I have never met such rude people in my life. When shopping for a wedding, you hope for a good experience but this was the complete opposite. We found a mens suit for my brothers wedding that was lovely, however there were dark marks on it. They understood it was for a groom but they were unwilling to remove marks until we had paid. In this situation it was obvious that they were not confident that the marks would come out, otherwise there would not be an issue to remove before payment. She argued with us and belittled our professional knowledge in garment cleaning. I hope no one ever experiences such atrocious customer service as this was beyond a joke. I most definitely will not be returning and would advise others to do the same until they change their attitude towards their customers."
