"Never Again!!! Not knowing who the owner is...The lovely lady or the one with an abysmal attitude, but my heart sank when I visited today and it was the same lady we saw on the last visit....she had an awful attitude towards us then which clearly hasn't improved with time. If she is the owner she's going a long way to loosing business and if not then I suggest the owner looks for a member of staff that can be bothered to serve customers willingly rather than make them feel for the second time this year they are being nothing more than an inconvenience. This is now coupled with the lack of actual shoes so wouldn't waste your time in trying to support a small local business l"
"Fantastic service during lockdown! I was able to select and order 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter, both delivered very promptly. Shoes are a perfect fit! My daughter and I are both absolutely delighted. We would highly recommend!"
"Owner has no clue how to fit shoes. She measured by placing my daughter's foot against the sole of the shoe. She never checked there was space for her toes inside the shoe. Sold us completely the wrong size. Luckily the owner wasn't in when we went back the following week and a lovely lady exchanged for the right size."
