"I personally don't like going to places where animals are fenced in a small place. However this farm seems to be good for how they treat theirs. Staff is very friendly and families seems to enjoy, kids particularly. I don't agree taking little goats away from their space for cuddles and pictures. I'm sure they prefer being left with their similar. There is a tea room which offers average food, and also there the staff was great and friendly. The 3 stars are for the workers mainly and the also for the organisation of the place."
"Love it here, worth every pennies. The events are such good value. I have a 3 and 4 year old and they loved it. So much fun to pack into a day. It can get muddy so wear wellies. That said it's very clean, unlike some other farms it doesn't smell bad. The petting area is lovely and mine love the soft play barn. They normally have an hour in there, soft play for toddlers in one corner and larger one for older kids. They also have a space with play shops and ride on toys. It's more expensive to go during events but earth the extra. ======== Christmas experience is brilliant value for money."
"Absolutely amazing family day for the Farmer Christmas experience. The set up was great it felt like the right number of people it wasn't rammed and didn't feel rushed. The staff stayed in character and made it great for the children. We all came away happy and feeling very festive. I felt it was great value for money too"
"We all love coming to this farm and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The kids love feeding and handling the animals. We will definitely continue to be regular visitors here. Thanks for a wonderful experience."
"Wow! What a magical experience! We always have a great time at Reddish Vale Farm but the Santa Experience was something else. The amount of creativity and magical touches that have gone into creating magic and memories blew me away. The outfits are amazing , the decorations are spot on, the Christmas trees are huge and it all really makes you feel like you are at the North Pole. My son is 5 but I can see us going for a few years to come as it was so cleverly done and watching his face take in all the magic was so wonderful. There are even silly things for the Adults to spot like the Elf and Safety poster and there are photographs in Santa’s grotto of the actual actors. All the elves and Santa were brilliant but my personal favourite was Mrs Claus you are a star. The experience is so organised there are no long waits and it all feels covid safe you need to wear a mask but the spaces are large and well ventilated and some of it is outside too. We couldn’t believe how much you got to do and keep there was an large plush Elf toy that you stuffed yourself and an elf certificate then a letter to Santa and then a gingerbread decorating session which you could eat or take home and hot chocolate for the parents. They got sweets from the elf shop and then the usual toy from Santa was age specific and not one of those that falls apart on the way home! To anyone wondering if it’s worth the money it absolutely is, go for it!"
