"Surprised to see reviews regarding customer service, our experiences here have always been fantastic. Staff are really helpful, always been greeted with a smile on arrival etc. Rules and layout of sessions are clearly given to make the session run smoothly. Amazing range of facilities, usually you would have to choose between a play centre or trampoline park whereas they have both here. Food is very reasonably priced too which is always a plus. Definitely recommend"

"Yesterday we had a party for our 7-year-old at Jump Heaven and it was nothing short of chaos. When we arrived (early as requested) it was immediately clear to us that the centre was overbooked and understaffed, we were shown up to a seating area and left there with no guidance or information about what was coming next with the kids getting more and more wound up. After 30 minutes of sitting around (so well into the time that we had paid for), the kids were shown downstairs to watch the safety video and after that they were let loose on the trampolines with no adults accompanying them. 4 of the 10 kids attending were aged 5 or under and yet the staff member manning the gate into the play area refused to allow an adult in with them. This directly contradicts Jump Heaven's own Terms and Conditions which clearly state that 'everyone using the trampoline park aged 5 or under must be accompanied on the facilities by an adult'. I understand from the signage that everyone in that area has to have safety socks and a wristband so why on earth the children were allowed off on their own before the adults had been given what they needed I cannot understand. The staff member on the gate was incredibly rude and dismissive, he really didn't care that such young children were off on their own, and the disregard this shows for child safety and for safeguarding is alarming. Once the adults had joined the children (which took several minutes), the kids enjoyed themselves but then we were shown up to the party room and rushed through our allotted time (although our host was very apologetic and I have no complaints about her specifically). It felt like we were on a conveyor belt of parties with the next group waiting outside. I was also presented with multiple forms to sign while I was trying to enjoy the party with my daughter and it transpired that I'd been billed for two of the adults attending the party as if they had been kids - food, equipment use, etc. so I then had to leave the party to deal with that downstairs. The cake was sat in its box next to my daughter with the candles laid flat on top so that took the specialness out of that being brought in... there was no thought or sense of special occasion to any of it. For the amount of money we paid for the party, the quality of what happened on the day was terrible. I absolutely would not book again and will not be recommending Jump Heaven to anyone."

"I went there with my daughter, it was an excellent space for physical activity for almost all age groups There is a large private car park close to the building itself. For the little ones there is a space dedicated only to them with slides and various soft play equipment. The trampoline area is well distributed with good protections (so even the smallest can jump safely). There are many staff guys ready to offer support for any type of request. I found a safe and clean environment. Unfortunately I was unable to take pictures but I assume they can be easily found on the site."

"Fantastic entertainment for kids & adults! I took my daughter & her friend both 7 years old & they loved it. Slightly more pricey then a few other trampoline/play centres but well worth it. (£10 for an hour) (£2 for socks). The hour went too fast with the amount of different things to do. Good selection of food/snacks & drinks. Ample seating area for those who would rather watch. Very Clean throughout, nice, friendly staff. Highly recommend & will be returning soon!!"
