"It was ridiculously cold. There was plenty of staff, but they spent more time talking than walking round. Apart from one lady clearing tables, the only time we heard from the staff was when they shouted over the inaudible tanoy to tell children not to do things that it would have been easier to physically walk over and speak to the children about."

My children are allergic to nuts and all the staff were wonderful at making sure my children were catered for and looked after above and beyond what we would expect. The recent Halloween party was brilliant and my children absolutely loved it and had a ball.
