"Very rude staff, not very child friendly, (could smile just even a little bit) wait is way too long for food! And all u can smell is dirty feet, think this place couuld do with a deep clean. Overall kids did have a nice time. But next time will just stick to play near blue tiffin."
"Went for a child's 6th birthday party. Exclusive use of the place. Run by young people. Nothing wrong with this but all staff only about 17 to 22 yrs of age. They did hoover up before the party started and service was good. Well-done to the youngsters running this place."
"Went today and it was terrible! Filthy it was. Let the kids play only to find out there was 15 year olds playing in the play area and dashing balls at little kids. My nephew got hurt by them as they threw a ball at his eye. Went over and told the staff and one of the staff was really cocky and said 'what do you want me to do about it'. My nephews eye was bright red. Then we put an order in for food, only to find out the same staff member didn't put our order to the kitchen. We asked for a refund and she was stood near the till and turned round and went 'I forgot' with the same cocky attitude. I worked in a play centre and if I did that I would of got sacked. Wont be going there again. Much better places around!"
"Booked a 7 year old Birthday party, it was so enjoyable. Juice cups and juice played for one hour went to the upstairs party slot, are a nice presented buffet plate and juice drinks poured by staff. Sang Happy birthday and cake done, staff cut the cake wrapped it up and pit it in the party bags. Party provides the party bags, we had the monkey he wasn't massively Iver energetic but was pleasant and maybe steam clean the suit, then the young girls thta work there led the party. Personally as a parent the staff are young energetic and fun and made every thing very easy all I had to do was bring the cake and turn up. Very reasonably priced and not once did I feel stressed or pressured x x friendly chilled out party Thankyou Jungle Js"
"I had my daughters 4th birthday party here & when I say they went above and beyond, it was really special! I had booked the whole place out & the females who were working were amazing!! Helped me with all the decoration, setting the tables up, welcoming the guests, helping the children, setting up the children’s tables/parties. I had also ordered catering food for the adults, and the staff here has set it all up for me & made sure everything was perfect the whole way through the evening. I would definitely recommend Jungle J’s for parties, my daughter had the best time ever & all our guests had such a lovely time. Thank you so so much !!!"
