"Terrible! Website claims items usually dispatched same day if order before lunchtime. I ordered lunchtime Monday and only after emailing to chase non-delivery on Thursday did I receive confirmation on Friday lunchtime that my order had finished processing and would be shipped. So likely wont receive until following Tuesday at earliest. 10 days delivery (assuming I ever actually receive items) is not acceptable! Also now looking at their Facebook page they seem to be a Chinese outfit so God only knows what liquid I will actually receive...."

"I have never come across a company in ANY marketplace/sector that is so willing to put the customer first, it also helps that they are half the price on a lot of mods etc than local competition. Juice selection is great and again cheaper than anywhere Ive seen. Customer service wise I had a Smok Prince that simply died one day and they took it back around a month after purchase and after having a look over it Deta offered me a choice of any replacement at the same price. As it happened the replacement was seriously defective within 24 hours, took it back and again they checked it all out and same thing...I went for something that was a little cheaper than my initial purchase so Deta gave me juice to bring it up to the same price. If theres something you want and they dont stock it, they will bend over backwards to get it in. Best vape shop i have EVER been to in 3 years."
