"I had to wait a while for the trainers I wanted to try on. I don't understand why as we were 2 out of about 4 customers in the store. Staff were wandering around and felt like they were trying to avoid us. After I tried on my shoes I decided to buy them and had to really try and get the attention of the girl behind the till. She couldn't find my box despite it being the only box behind there. I felt like I was such an inconvenience to her and she only perked up as we turned to leave the shop. So disappointed and I feel I'd be too anxious to go back."
"Great selection of shoes and clothing. Found the trainer I was after on sale rack. Took to till to a group of young staff chatting amongst themselves. One girl took the shoe off me an gave it to someone else an said I had to wait for the other to come down on a lift. I stood in the shop for 20mins by the till whilst the staff carried on serving an doing their job. The girl who advised me of this left with another staff member. No one spoke to me. I left, disappointed with out the trainers I had been after for so long... won't be going back. Didn't see one staff member about 20?.. nothing against age of workers!.. no one seemed to be bothered unless chatting by the till.."
