"One of the best places I’ve been to service wise. They had a huge variety of products from gloves, socks to snow boots and coats, and plenty at really great prices. Most of all, at the end of the work day, most would’ve said it’s reasonable to be grumpy/rude/look unhappy. But the gentlemen that served me were helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble. Great prices and service, if anything was out of stock and they had it they’d order it for you and ship to you for free. Very few companies do that in this day and age. Hence, I’d give this store 5 stars for value and customer service for the visit I made on the 25th November at 8pm. I hope someone from management or head office reads this, as cheery, polite retail staff are rare."
