I was in a bind as my washing machine had broken at the weekend so I visited Oliver's on Monday, bought a great washer/dryer for a fraction of the new price (approx 50% less) and it was delivered, installed and working by 10am the next day (today). Great, friendly service that I would recommend to anyone."
"So unprofessional. Lies, insults and a water of time. Once I'd paid my deposit for a washing machine, that wasn't really much cheaper than brand new online, I was told it'd be installed in two days. I phoned to check dimensions shortly after I arrived home and described the few steps leading up to property. They told me they'd never failed to install a machine! I was impressed and took time off work. When the delivery man arrived on the day he was so stressed that when I answered the door he was already shooting that he couldn't manage to get it in. He insulted my home and told me he didn't have time. I told him to leave in that case and he continued telling me what was wrong, I offered solutions and then he complained about parking (I have a drive he could have used!) I asked him again to leave and said I'd come to shp for refund. At the shop he told me no one would deliver and install into my home, then charged me another deposit instead of refunding, and blamed me! I was quite anxious and upset for next few days until my new machine was delivered and installed professionally and easily, with 6 times the length of the guarantee from this place! My mum tells me her experience was her item broke the day after the guarantee and they wouldn't even quote to fix it! Avoid!"
"Ian from Oliver's Domestics went the extra mile to fit a reconditioned washing machine into a very tight space. He took care to ensure that it was all fitted correctly and working as expected. I cannot thank him enough. I would thoroughly recommend his shop for friendly staff and good honest advice when buying appliance. He does both reconditioned equipment and new. It certainly suited our budget. He even took the old non working washing machine away, and we have a 6 month warranty. We are very pleased. Thank you."
