"On collection I discovered the hinges were labled correctly but the goods in the packet were incorrect. I explained to the male employee that they were wrong & he decided to start an argument with me claiming that was what I ordered & were correct despite the picture on the computer screen showing a completely different item He was rather nasty & rude with me & eventually he said I will give you a refund I then went to Swinton toolstation & they were the correct item. Won't be going to prestwich branch again. If he was my employee I would reprimand him, not good will probably go to screwfix than go back to prestwich branch."
