"I bought an item and asked for a refund since the item didn't fit and I took it back in its original condition with labels, but I could only get a credit note. I went back a few times and I couldn't find anything anymore that I liked or fitted, so I asked the shop assistant nicely if I could rather get a refund, because I don't live in the area and due to moving further I won't be able to come in anymore and if they could make an exception in this case. Then she started screaming and shouting at me. She had a horrible attitude with me for the whole time and her behaviour was disgusting. So I asked for the owner and she said she was the owner, which makes her even more wrong in a situation like this. I wouldn't buy one more single item there just because the way she behaved and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. At least the other assistant remained respectful and I could have a normal conversation with her, but the owner is a disgraceful horrible woman who can’t handle their customers respectfully and a normal complaint in a decent way. Avoid at all cost, because that shows a lot of character for her and her business... let alone the policy, you don’t talk to someone like that mainly not to paying customers. Maybe I would have gone back to shop when I'm in the area, but after her horrible attitude and not even being interested doing the right thing, don't ever shop there."

"Wouldn't shop here again!!! Bought a pair of pants on Sat 7th only to try and return them (unborn with tags and receipt) the following Friday 13th to be told I can have credit or an exchange as they only give cash refunds on the same day. I wasn't made aware of this on the day of my purchase nor does it say on my receipt .What kind of a joke is that? Alls that says to me is that the shop has no faith in the quality of the products they are selling."
