"Staff need training in products and customer service.. placed an order over the counter for various plumbing fittings value as bout £75... Got to the job I was working on with the carrier bag full of fittings to find that I'd been given 10 speed fit straight couplers in place of the 10 elbows I'd ordered. Had to drive 15miles back to the Northwich branch to exchange the fittings given in error.. No apologies given by staff...ill now be taking all my business to Screwfix..."
