"It was half way through putting out Christmas stock, so most of the staff had no idea where an item was, or if it had been moved. Some of the aisles were blocked at each end with large pallets presumably of new stock waiting to be put on the shelves. It was awful, chaotic and not even that busy. Don't understand why this wasn't done overnight with no disruption to customers. Left without buying anything as couldn't find it"
"Friendly young lady on till who served me. Few empty shelves but put that down to the seasonal changes in store going from summer to Halloween/xmas items. Great range of items in the homeward section which what came in for. Like this branch as its quite large."
