"Sadly no 0 star available, I have been a loyal customer for over 13 years, we went today to see about some trainers that have delamination, caused by what looks like a spray rubber over cotton on the trainer fronts, the product is used in the car industry and has known failure/issues. we were told shoes will only last or have a life of 6 months. We understand the feet grow and happy to buy more not an issue due to growth but not due to the delamination. We were spoke to rude and very sharpe with no help and in not so many words told they have lots of loyal customers and we won't be missed......... never again. Please Google clarks quality even watchdog have been investigating.... poor poor quality and finnished by the attitudes of staff. Just had a look, we have only had them 2 months and 4 days !!!!!! Sadly after singing about Clarks for many years, now I advise everyone to stay well away and please Google the quality issues."
