"Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. The manager was very rude and was completely unapologetic that the goods were left in the rain. He then went on to say that he would not accept us returning the goods. I have no idea why this company is even remotely successful having experienced their disgusting customer service and poor delivery. I am now stuck with flooring which I cannot and will not use. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!"
