"Recently bought an assortment of wood from Wythenshawe branch for my decking and a fence panel. All were delivered in a timely manner by a very helpful driver. The staff outside assisted me in choicing the correct type of wood and showing me what was in stock. Thanks for your help. This is my new go to wood merchant."
"I have never known such an incompetent and unhelpful business in my life. See some log roll edging online so pop into the Wythenshawe branch to get some. I walk in and ask for it and I get looked at like I'm speaking in a foreign language. Eventually I'm told sorry we don't stock it here. So I go home and order it online and get charged for it. It offers me a click and collect service for the following day at 8am but to not turn up until I receive an email. No email arrives. Granted it's a Bank Holiday but why offer an option to pick a day and time. 4 days later I get a phone call from them. Sorry we don't actually have any and the nearest that does is in Wirral and we don't get stock from them. Absolute incompetence. The woman doesn't even mention about refunding me until I ask for it and then asks oh so you want a refund then. Any other business would order some in for when they next place other orders. I wouldn't even touch this company if their products were half the price of anywhere else."
