"Helpful staff and quick service. This is a smaller branch than the other one I sometimes go to in Ashton, but they have the essentials."

"Great friendly service and fantastic prices!! Thanks"
"Staff not very helpful. I have to ask many times for help."
"I entered the yard via the Oldham road entrance on a Saturday 30/3/19 at 11.45am which is 15 minutes before the advertised closing time. A forklift operator who i now know as Simon Punt, (the manager) started shouting at me demanding to know why i had opened the gate. I informed Simon that i had found the gate open and that it was well before 12 noon. I also advised that i did not take kindly to being shouted at and treated with disrespect as i am a regular customer. Simon continued shouting and reving the forklift. However, when I informed Simon that i intended leaving poor online feedback about my experience and contacting the area manager; he immediately changed his tune and began to apologise. In my attempt to contact the area manager with my mobile phone, i accidently phoned the office and spoke with Simon again about 5 minutes later. Simon continued to apologise but then bizarely stated that there was a sign on his desk saying the store was closing early and added that he now knows it was a previous customer who had left the gate open. I really do expect a higher level of customer service. I understand that all staff may wish to get away early on a Saturday but they should be prepared to stay at least until the advertised closing time. Additionally, members of staff shouting at customers whilst operating a large folklift truck is about as unsafe as it is unprofessional. This company clearly needs to invest in customer service training. Given my experience over a period of time and particularly on this occasion, i can only suggest they start with the very basics."
