"Wayne the guy who took our money was really great/ knowledgeable adv some good extras for project Matt forklift driver was a legend really helpful carrying things by hand to load our car"
"I needed 20 tons of gravel delivering through my gate to a specific location within the property. Wanted to only order from a place that would have the driver definitely (or at least willing to) come in through the gate (as there is enough room). Rang a few places and they said I can order it but it would be down to the "drivers discretion" whether they wanted to come through the gate otherwise they would leave it out on the pavement. Then decided to visit and try Jewson in Bury and met a legend named Eric out on the yard who was extremely helpful, patient and happens to be a very skilled delivery driver. He answered plenty of questions and at the end it was an easy decision to order from here and it was all due to the excellent customer service received from him. The gravel was delivered as expected and I couldn't be happier. Eric is a massive asset to Jewson and a pleasure to deal with!"
"Tried to order fence panels on my trade account but kept charging for my (free delivery over 50) After emailing jewson Bury they didn't want to know and advised I contacted a different dept . As a customer I expect jewsons to contact the " other dept" not me . Sort your IT website out . Bought from Wickes without the need to email ,phone, or beg anyone to sell me something. You are losing money due to poor staff . Without customers you don't need any staff!!"
"Ordered 5 bulk bags of 20mm limestone for delivery on saturday for today. Got a text my delivery was due in 15 minutes. Almost exactly 15 minutes later it arrived. Asked if it could be dropped over the back fence. A skilled and extremely helpful driver did just that. Full marks for service and quality in my opinion. My thanks to the delivery driver for going out of his way to provide the best service."
"I don't like being patronising by someone(Darren) after you point out the obvious. I asked when they would be opening up again because B and Q and Wick's are open and you must be losing business being very polite. His response was thanks for the advice in running the business but I know what iam doing, very sarcastically. I imagine they are under a great deal of pressure but there is no excuse for rudeness. Darren really needs to sort his phone manner out or don't bother answering the phone. Thanks for the great customer service "sarcastically" not nice is it..,.."
