"Absolutely shocking,aggressive behaviour by 2 staff that were there, have been going for over a year every 3 weeks,the girl I usually have was not there, when told price I stated that as I'd only paid £25 last time I hadn't brought enough cash ( they do not take cards). Before I could explain I would need to got to atm, the girl in the white booble hat started screaming at me that I was a liar I hadn't paid that much before and that I had never been to the shop, the other technician started shouting at me aswell, I wasin total shock, asked for them to apologise for the behaviour, apparently they don't apologise for aggressive intimidating behaviour to the likes of me. I left shocked and in tears. Disgusting behaviour."

"Be nice if they actually engaged in a conversation with you.. instead of speaking to their colleagues in their own language.. just find it very rude.. apart from that always a good job.."

"I came few times in this place at the beginning i though is ok but then when I keep coming I was always rushed the quality was very poor and the staff just don’t like when you are trying to challenge them when you are unhappy!Also they always go to different costumers and do their eyebrows and let you there waiting without even asking if that’s ok or not!They speak in their own language in front of the customers which is very rude and this time when I had a pedicure everything was dirty the chair the towel had nails from someone else in it was just disgusting I told them to stop and they didn’t like that too!is a very dirty place and will never go back there again,very disappointed!Forgot to mention the staff are talking on the phone while doing the nails is just nothing good about that place!"

"I went today for a wax and tint and it was the worst experience ever. She has done my eyebrows so uneven, they are normally good when I go but the woman who did them today was very unprofessional and awful! I’m walking round looking like an idiot now until they grow back. Will not being going back"
