"Watch the prices on sale items folks and don't let your young daughters shop here alone......the shop are not honouring sale prices and when asked, the staff are rude disinterested and walked away chuntering in our experience. Albeit only small amount of discrepancy involved but it's the principle and multiplied it's a nice supplement to revenue. Doesn't do the reputation of the store much good. They need to learn some customer care."

"Visited this store today to buy some trousers.. Found a pair on the sale rail and went to the till where the sales assistant told me they were a different price to what was on the sale ticket, more expensive. The sales assistant argued the toss with me that I was to pay the full price and not what was on the ticket.. I think she was quite rude and needs a lesson in customer care because clearly she needs a refresher.."
