They refused to serve it me because I asked for 1 size bigger originally so they’d fit her better . I’m now out of pocket for the journey and left without my shoes . Staff are also vile and gave me disgusting looks . As a 15 year old school buy I’m disgusted Hope you can have a chat with your staff about basic manners Thanks"
