"The staff are very rude and she was saying it smelt like diappers and she said take the kids out which ever one has a bad diapper"
"Went there to exchange a pair of shoes I bought from them as they came apart from the seams after wearing them on for about 5 mins the lady at the till at first was calm before I showed her the pair I wanted to exchange her attitude became very loud and started to question how long I had worn them on for I replied I was fasting and wouldn’t lie for such a petty thing she then asked one of the staff members to take it upstairs and get it seen to by the manager who decided it was a good idea to put them together with superglue that had leaked from the edges I swear if there was a minus zero I wouldn’t hesitate in giving them that, they should change the name of the shop to something which reflects their characters."

"I have shopped here for a long time and had no problems, however for my wedding day I bought a bridal clutch from here and they refused to exchange it for me (due to hygienic reasons) as it did not match my wedding outfit. However, they were able to exchange shoes which are surely more unhygienic. None of the store staff said at the time that we wouldnt be able to exchange. Very disappointed! They have ruined my big day for me I now have to go out and buy another bridal clutch. They deserve 0 star! Needless to say I will not be shopping here again!"
