"I’ve been having my hair done here with Jade for over 12 months. Jade is one of the nicest people you’ll meet and a fantastic hair dresser. Nothing is ever too much trouble, she bends over backwards to accommodate everyone. I never leave the salon feeling disappointed. Highly recommend. In addition to the above, I recently had my lashes done with Erin, what can I say other than fabulous. They looked amazing, we discussed what type with Erin giving her professional opinion on what would suit me, which I went with and I wasn’t disappointed. Really good to see a young person trying to make something of themselves. Highly recommend. The salon has a lovely friendly vibe with a great team of ladies."

"Came in after another hairdresser had done my hair and it was ginger for reference I am normally an icy blonde it was clear she didn’t have a lot of time but still decided to do me anyways and put a toner on whilst her other clients colour was developing I could not thank her enough as well as this both jade and Erin were amazing very polite,professional and good company whilst I was getting my hair toned and dried because of how lovely they both was I decided to book in with Erin for my lashes later that week she was amazing and will definitely be returning thank you so much!!"

"I booked an appointment with Lashes by Erin who is based here. I booked this appointment 4 days ago and sent a deposit straight away. I asked where she was based because I’ve never been before so she knew I was was a new client. 30 minutes before my appointment she sent me a message to say she’s just realised she hasn’t done a patch test and asked me if I’d like one done and had got me mixed us with a regular. But when booking I asked where she was based so a regular client wouldnt of asked this. I said no it’s ok (I am a lash tech and if someone doesn’t want a patch test then they can sign a disclaimer to say otherwise) she then says she doesn’t usually do them without but this was never stated when booking so she said she can do one today. I didn’t realise this meant instead of my appointment because it was 30 minutes before and I’d already set off. When I arrived she didn’t tell me it’s just a patch test but sticks on 2 lashes and says ok so when do you want to book in for a full set. I said my appointment is now and this was never discussed prior. This was a wasted journey and also time I booked out of my diary. I would not recommend. She does not know how to run a business, manage her diary and she was very immature."
