"I have been for eyebrow waxing here multiple times and never had a problem until today. I scheduled an appointment via their online booking system for today at 17:20. I arrive promptly and the lady asked how could she help. I advised I had an appointment and she said ‘I don’t have anyone booked in’ and she asked if it was definitely Trafford I’d booked for. I said yes and showed her the email confirmation, she then proceeded to say ‘well you are not on our system so I can’t see you’ to say I am annoyed is an understatement, it took me 1 hour to get there to then be told she cannot do anything because of an error on there end is shocking. She was extremely rude and did not offer any type of solution, even after me asking if she can squeeze ne in due to an event tomorrow. But no, point blank no. I will not be using their services again, and nobody else should either."
"I had my eyebrows threaded & tinted, the woman did what she had to do with very little interaction, no at all friendly. When I got home and put my glasses on i was shocked to see only half of each eyebrow had been tinted. Bit of a waste of time and money so I won't be visiting again."
"I have done eyelashes extention with them. And had to remove them after 2 days. My eyelids become very very itchy, and since then its been 2 months I cannot get rid of this itchy eyes. I have been in pharmacy asked for adviceand they said possiblythey applied glue very closeto the eyes. So Iam going to see optician as nothing helps. I wouldn't recommend thisplace, doesn't look professional at all. And I guess they using poor quality of products. Will never go to that place again. Very very disappointed."
