"I was treated by my lovely daughter to have my nails done for both my feet and hands prior to a big birthday holiday. My daughter had found the salon on Google and based her decision on previous reviews. Please note these were before lockdown I have since discovered. I firstly was misguided as to where the ‘salon’ was situated but also once I finally located the address found it to be nothing like the premises advertised. I was met by a young lady, working alone whilst managing the shop front, who then directed me to a bench at the back…. The area was poorly lit, hygiene and cleanliness was a concern as there was little evidence of fresh towels or paper roll for the bed. It has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever received. All the girl could do was apologise but I feel she must take part of the blame for the untidiness and disorganisation. I understand the products sold in the front of the shop are vegan and very nice but as far as the other services this company provide I would not recommend it. If I had not being going away for such a special occasion I would certainly have left and rebooked elsewhere but it was too short notice. How thoroughly disappointing for what should have been a relaxing treat."

"I was bought a voucher as a birthday gift and it was exactly the gift I needed. I booked a luxury pedicure which was perfect from start to finish, peaceful music played in the background, the chair I was sat in was super comfy, my feet were scrubbed with organic natural ingredients and then massaged, my beauty therapist (and owner) was lovely and friendly throughout, we had some lovely chats and she explained I had tension in my feet and discussed some lifestyle changes to help me. She finished off my feet with some beautiful peach gel polish and they look the best they’ve ever looked! Holiday feet ready! Thank you Kokoa, I had such a relaxing, peaceful experience. I’ll definitely see you again soon - I’ll be bringing my sister as discussed x"

"23.08.18 My boyfriend and I were looking everywhere for a place to give us a couples massage and were not lucky. I went on the Treatwell app and found Kokoa bar and they were able to take our appointment straight away! Our all body massage was amazing. For the price given, we were more than happy to pay for more! For one hour, £50 was so worth it. The treatment was amazing and they made us feel very very comfortable! "I had a luxury pedicure after struggling to reach my feet due to being 32 weeks pregnant. Staff were friendly and chatty and pedicure was great, particularly the massage! I’d definitely go back as well as recommend to others. Really good that all products are cruelty free too."
