"I went in for a massage...I was a bit early so I was given a seat to wait. The seat was filthy all covered in sand and grit..I almost didn't sit in it but I basically sat on the edge of it. As I looked around I noticed there were a lot of areas that needed a clean and a good vacuum...I almost left. I sat for a bit then asked to use the washroom. There was no toilet paper..no hand towels..and no soap..I had to go out with wet hands and ask for the above in which a staff member went out to her car to retrieve the items. My true first impressions were to leave and not come back but I thought it would be rude. I'm glad I didn't leave because the massage I received was absolutely fantastic and professional..it was very relaxing and comfortable..I might consider going back but my first impressions really turned me off of the place especially since the female attendant was just sitting doing nothing..she could have been cleaning or better yet, it all should gave been done earlier. Attention to detail is definitely needed especially with covid in our lives."
