"My mother bought me a voucher for my birthday, the lady that sold it to her wrote the wrong date on it (2012 instead of 2017!). Not only would they not honour it, they suggested I'd kept hold of the voucher for 6 years to try and use it beyond the date ! The lady I spoke to was rude and argumentative. Really unpleasant actually. I strongly recommend you avoid this place at all costs if customer service is important to you."
