"Loads of young staff - but all stood around chatting about their night before. Who got off with who. Don’t seem to be interested in working or even smiling at customers. This was Saturday 18th between 4/5. Better staff needed."
"Shame that is changes from an outlet to a regular store, as there are no real bargains anymore apart from the occasional sale items. The don't feel personally that the quality the items are as they used to be, had to take a few items back from last few purchases. There is a good range of products but you have to search a while to find a bargain. Staff are helpful and checkouts pretty quick but wish it was still a bargain outlet."
"This place has become so hit and miss. Outlet discounts are sometimes far lower than they used to be. Selection of trainers can be poor and space wasted as they try to make it appear more retail than outlet. In the past this has a much higher stock level, wider range and some genuinely good discounts. Only call in if I'm passing now and haven't bought anything for some time. Used to come out with a couple of pair of trainers or more each visit."
