"I believe the selection of shoes and sizes is really good. The staff are great at measuring the feet. We didn’t make an appointment yet the lady gave us ample time to assist us with getting some shoes. I would say that the prices aren’t competitive at all with what’s available so you’re going to be paying the full wack. I would have got the shoes online for much cheaper but then again my kids wouldn’t have been able to try them on and get assistance. I’ll also say if you get stuck while the staff are busy you could be waiting a while even if you just want a simple return. That’s what happened to me once, I felt like the lady could have helped 1 min with my return and then gone back to her customer that was a very long wait."
