"If I could give this company zero stars I would. Bought a Chicco hug air 4-in-1 in August (baby due start of December). My baby arrived end of November and after a short time my partner and I noticed the crib was dipping in the middle. We had grave concerns about increased risk of SIDS so stopped using the item and reported the fault, providing video evidence. After hearing nothing I contacted the company by phone who have refused a refund and made no offer of replacement. Instead they wish to contact the manufacturer and have chosen to disregard consumer protection legislation. I have a useless product - unfit for purpose, unsafe and at a cost of around £200 I expected better. I have now bought another crib for my little one. AVOID this company who will not help in the event of a faulty product. Worth paying slightly more at John Lewis or another more reputable retailer who will resolve the matter."
"Avoid. Truly awful service. I cancelled after the 4th delay/estimate for delivery was missed, each time I had to chase them for answers. All I ever got was an email back saying it'll be another 5-10 working days before delivery. 2 months this went on, not once did customer services reach out to say they were going to miss their own delivery estimate. They don't respond to requests for call backs, and now their phone lines have been closed down with covid as the excuse. Shockingly bad."
"AVOID. Cot bed arrived 3 days late. 3 days waiting in for it courtesy of DPD couriers. Bed was in terrible order. Box had been taped back up. Wood was cracked and bits broken. DPD failed to pick up the bed today so another wasted day. 4 in total. Really don't think customer service care. Do yourself a favour and get the products on Amazon. Arrived quickly and not broken!!"
"Worst Experience ever! Cant count the issues i had with them. 1) i am in Ireland - they do ship to Ireland - but on their website Irish Credit Cards will not accepted (due to their pre-set country dropdown menu, you are not able to choose "Ireland" as country and therefore your payments is getting declined 2) it took them 1 week to get back to me via email with their bank transfer details (IBAN, BIC) I also wanted to get an invoice from them with the final price, so i could transfer correct EUR amount (i placed order in £) and i tried to generate invoice on the website - but of course IT DID NOT WORK. I called Customer Service to ask for the exact amount and his answer: "well you can go on the website and put the items you ordered in the cart again and it will show you the amount of what you ordered" - EXCUSE ME????!!! 3) once i received their IBAN, BIC and i was about to transfer, my online banking tells me the IBAN is INCORRECT 4) i was able to re-create the IBAN MYSELF with an online tool and send them an email with THEIR CORRECT IBAN - what a joke!!! 5) because all this payment process took around 10 days (them not getting back to me and then transferring the money), the furniture i ordered was no longer available and they sold it to another customer!!!, telling me my order was marked as "pre-order" now, as it was not out of stock and delivery date was TO BE CONFIRMED 6) NO WORDS FOR THIS 7) i asked them to call me back 3 times - because their customer service charges a ridic amount per minute and i ran out of phone credit when i was put on hold in the waiting line!!!! (who will refund me for this???) THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK! So i had to buy phone credit. 8) i cancelled the entire order once i reached them 9) it is now another week later and the refunded money is still not on my account 10) DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!"
"They have taken money for products (Car Seat) that they claimed were in stock but actually are not in stock with no delivery date. Attitude of "like it or lump it" when speaking on the phone. We changed our order to a different colour (allegedly in stock). Given a delivery date. Wait for delivery, day comes and goes. No delivery and no call. Eventually get through to the nonchalant phone operative who says its not in stock and don't know when it will be available. It seems there is no chance of a refund from these crooks and we are now having to contact the card company to assist. Disgraceful behaviour from top to bottom from a company that should not be trading. Buyer beware, you have been warned!"
